Profile Description

As a highly motivated individual with experience working with different administrative tasks, I believe that I am a strong candidate for this Upgrade to see actual info my previous position, I gained experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and creating promotional graphics to make the business more engaging. I am confident that my skills and experience make me a good fit for this position.

I have experience working with them as a telemarketer, responsible for cold calling and appointment setting. My client at that time was a university in the US, doing outbound calls to different leads to ask if they still wanted to pursue their chosen program. My target was 500 calls, 5 appointments, and 5 transfers per day, and I am available to work for 40 consecutive days, with a regular work schedule of 5 working days per week.

Also, I have experience as a Data Entry Specialist where I do a lot of data entry tasks, admin tasks, and provide high-quality of customer service. I am responsible for auditing data on a daily basis and making sure that all the data entered are 100 percent accurate and correct. Whenever there's an issue with the data or if there's an insufficiency with the data that I collected or processed, I do an investigation of what happened and why it appears we are lacking something. I know tools such as Hyros, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. So, I am responsible for resolving issues all by myself so I can completely execute the task within the given deadline. With my strong background in data analysis, database management, and process improvement, I am confident that I possess the necessary skills and experience required for this role.

As a data analyst, I have a proven track record of designing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. I am skilled in collecting, structuring and analyzing data sets based on these requirements, and in designing and developing databases and data collection systems. I have extensive experience collaborating with higher Ops and other associates to process information and visualize data.

My ability to work with management and business leaders to identify and prioritize business and information needs, coupled with my experience in overseeing projects from beginning to completion, make me an ideal candidate for this position. I am adept at locating and defining new process improvement opportunities, and I have a keen eye for detail when it comes to monitoring and maintaining applications and troubleshooting technical issues.

I also worked in an E-commerce business as a Data Analyst where I pull data from different platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot etc and create summaries of the report and provide analysis to my teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. I also create dashboards, diagrams, flowcharts, and detailed SOPs for the team on how to perform or execute the specific task and save it in a word document with some screenshots and file path.
