I've been working as call center agent more than 2 years we've encountering a lot of customer calling regarding to their concern. I'm handling 1st account as a call center agent is a telco account we are handling their bills explaining why they have that bills , selling phone , Order status and processing their payments etc. 2nd call center that I handle is Hotel Reservation we are making their room reservations , cancelling and modifying. I'm happy and proud on the experience that I have cause it mean a lot for me and help me to learn new things and grow.

I've been working as a HR Staff I'm handling a lot of people my duties is interviewing applicants, sourcing there documents, Orienting newly hired , Authorizing Overtime ,handling there salary like there time keeping how many works hours they work on our company, Encoding leave forms and shifting schedule. It's been nice working in that field cause I'm I'm a Human Resource Graduate and that field help me to meet new people and encountering new challenges that help me to grow and learn a lot.

I'm working as encoder we are handling email sent to the customer and follow up their schedule on the other hand I also working in japanese company my work there is Planning their houses and also working as a shift leader in a convenient store my work there is Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits , invetories our products , handling customer issues and managing conflicts and also assigning duties and responsibilities of my team members.
