Profile Description

I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, a 32-year-old aspiring to be a freelancer. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in April 2015. Upon graduation, I worked as a Clerk Staff at 7/11 Baguio for 6 months (contractual). As a Clerk, we were trained on how to do inventory of products, serve well and assist customers, prompt and keen attention when at the cashier, and most of all, have an excellent attitude towards co-workers and customers.
As soon as my contract ended, I worked as a Program Officer for two (2) years in a microfinance company which is based in Geneva, Switzerland which has a main office in Manila with branches all over the Philippines. My work as a Program Officer includes marketing our services through group meetings/discussions/orientations/social media advertisements, assisting clients in the office, processing loans, entering new and updated clients' databases on the computer, preparing statements of accounts, and printing promissory notes, explains thoroughly their loans, proper filing of clients folder.
Another work I had was as an Agricultural Technician under the Local Government Unit of Bontoc, Mountain Province for 10 months (Job Order status). I was able to do research, help in doing project proposals, file documents, update the computer database of clients, and schedule meetings, activities, and seminars.
I am currently working as a Customer Service Representative for an e-commerce company based in the United States of America for more than three years now. 
With these experiences I have, I am confident enough to land a career in which I can showcase and learn more new things on this online platform.
