I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info, 34 years old. A graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing Management last 2011.
I now have a 13 years working experience. 1 and half years as a call center agent particularly in a travel account which is Upgrade to see actual info and 1 and half year as a Team Leader to the same Call Center Company (Teleperformance Inc.) and working with the same travel account.
I was connected with Sun Life Grepa Financial Inc., a sister company of Sun Life of Canada Phil. Inc.
I had a Bancassurance Sales Officer experience with Sun Life Grepa Financial Inc., a front liner to selling insurance for the company. I worked for 3 years and 10 months experience with the industry.
And now, as I have been trying to improve my acquired skills from my previous jobs, I am continuously learning more and now I am working as a Branch Marketing Manager with The SM Store, one of the biggest retail store in the Philippines. I am currently handling both branches in Cagayan de Oro City.
I am confident that I am capable to do any jobs and learn more from different industries since I have a longer and wider experience from the different industries I have worked with.
Now, I am currently working with a construction company based in the US as an office manager working remotely for them. They have given me an opportunity to understand their industry better. I create FB and Instagram post for them, create captions, create video reels, and help them edit their website through wordpress. I am proficient and confident with my English Communications skills, both verbal and written. May it be over the phone or via email. I have an excellent experience in providing exceptional
customer service experience for clients/customers. I have an excellent vocabulary that I know would be very useful in proof reading, English spelling, English tutoring or any English Grammar related jobs.
I meet deadlines with reports especially with my current job on time. I understand that I may encounter new tools to use in order for me to complete the task
assigned, that being said, I am very eager to learn it to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
