After that, I worked with eBay.  My main role is to handle seller's and buyer's cases of items not received and return issues, checking valid tracking numbers, reviewing details, and granting or denying the Upgrade to see actual infoecking cancellation of orders for buyers, listing limit explanation and managing payment for Upgrade to see actual infonding follow-up emails to the customers for their general queries of the cases and updating them on the status through email, chat or phone.  My biggest achievement was that I got promoted to a Subject Matter Expert. My main role is to handle supervisor calls providing the best resolution to agents' queries to provide the best resolution for a great customer experience. After a year I got promoted to a Product Ready Trainer. My main role is to share my skills and knowledge with the trainees. Sharing my best practices so they can use them on their calls. Providing feedback to the trainees for their improvement and Doing admin tasks like Gathering their data and sending reports for their daily performance.  My general experience has taught me to be extremely organized, patient, empathetic and always positive. I have learnt to be analytical and a problem solver when it comes to dealing with various situations. I always strive to reach any goal of the company in line with its mission and vision. I can work anytime, any day. Also, can render overtime if needed.
