I can multi-task such as calling, text messaging, and email handling.My most recent project with UpWork is with Wonolo as a Customer Support advocate, a startup company that provides independent contractors jobs in the US, Australia, and Germany. An on-demand staffing platform that is changing the way businesses find talent for their immediate labor needs. My main task is to support and resolve workers’ issues with employers such as salary disputes, scheduling, workforce allocation, tax concerns (1099 and W2), trust and safety, etc.
