• I make sure that I provide the correct information my customer needs, thus providing quality service exceeding the customer's expectations. I also generate reports for the team.
• I am patient, friendly, and polite to show that I put myself in the shoes of my customer.
• Every call and chat is essential to me, and I can work well with my supervisor and teammates.
• Hitting SLA is excellent and what I am aiming for.
• Aside from Customer Service, I was also a Lead Generation Specialist and Transcriptionist, Blog Writer, and Infographics Designer.
I was awarded the "Best Inbound Agent" in 2016 and the "Superstar Award for Outbound" in 2019.
I also like joining training to gain more knowledge. I have attended and received a Certificate of Completion from the training of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People", "Understanding and Developing Emotional Intelligence," and " Creative Writing."
