I started freelance writing sometime in October 2010 and consider myself blessed to be able to do a job that takes me places, figuratively. With writing, I get to explore new environments without leaving behind those that I am familiar with. Because I am a registered nurse, I still get to use the knowledge I learned from nursing by writing health- related articles. To this day, I still consider health topics as my forte. On the other hand, it greatly helped that I love to read since I am able to write about different topics apart from my niche. I don’t have a problem being given writing projects about real- estate, fashion, electronics, etc.
