Profile Description

I've been in the trucking industry for 3 years now. I am an experienced dispatcher. I book loads through the best Load Booking tools such DAT Power, TruckersEdge, 123 load board, etc.; strategical trip plUpgrade to see actual infoing for drivers, and am extremely skilled at freight negotiation. I've been a freight broker as well, track shipments and negotiate with shippers. I am hardworking, a good listener, a fast learner, and adaptable to meet my employer's time zone. I value client's trust and commit myself to any job, taking full responsibility for completing projects on time. 
I have years of experience in Market Research as well. I've been working in a research center as a research analyst and also I've been working in a dropshipping company as a product researcher. 

It is my goal to address the customer's needs and ensuring they have a positive experience.
I have a skill set that includes qualities like active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and good communication skills.
