Profile Description

From June 2021 to August 2024, I served as Head of Procurement & Production.  My responsibilities included overseeing the entire procurement, from sourcing products and suppliers to managing inventory and logistics. I played a key role in negotiating favorable pricing and terms with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality. Additionally, I organized events for IT companies, managed international shipments, and implemented strategies to reduce lead times. I have managed procurement operations primarily with suppliers from the
APJC region, along with the UK and Europe. Specifically, 40% of my supplier
base was from China, with the rest spread across Australia and New Zealand. The
products I have sourced and procured include packaging, cartons, cups, labels,
stickers, apparel, socks, footwear, bags, headwear, drinkware, sunglasses,
promotional merchandise, and tech products. Though based remotely in the Philippines, I occasionally traveled for supplier meetings to strengthen relationships and expand sourcing options.Prior to that, I worked at CJ Philippines, Inc. from September 2016 to September 2020 as Sales Administrator Lead and Officer-in-Charge. In this role, I managed the Sales Admin Department, facilitated approvals for cuUpgrade to see actual infomer programs, rebates, and promotions, and provided competitive analysis to ensure product profitability. I also oversaw sales expense processes, led process improvements, and trained sales teams on various sales-related functions.I hold a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management Accounting. I have certifications in Microsoft Office Specialist – Excel and Career Service Professional, and possess a range of skills including negotiation, supply chain management, budget management, and strategic financial analysis. I am proficient in SAP, Xero, Commonsku, Orderhive, Trello, Shopify, and Microsoft Office tools.
