Profile Description

I have been working in the Sales account for more than 2 years now. My first job experience was in an inbound and outbound sales where we sell VOIP service in Canada as well as in the US. Right now, I am a part of a B2B outbound sales for school supplies and janitorial supplies in US. We do lead mining and call all businesses including health care industry and offices in the US including government offices.
I also have background of working in collections for cash loans and utilities in Australia for a total of 5 yrs where we needed to do skip tracing to get the debtors current contact details including address, contact number, employers and even 3rd party contact. We most of the time call 3rd party (family member, friends, real estate) and employers/gate keepers.
Working in different accounts in BPO industry for more than a decade now would surely help me contribute growth to your growing business. I have enough experience talking to the gate keepers and getting the right person on the phone.
