I started working 11 years ago as a Customer representative for 3 years. I learned in that job not only Excellent Customer Service skills, but being on time in my work, multi-tasking skills as I talked to a customer while I document their request and execute it Upgrade to see actual info felt good when I was able to able to help my customers with beyond Upgrade to see actual info result, I received a lot of merits and awards being the Highest Average Handling Time agent with high satisfaction from my customers.
After that, I worked in real estate industry as Project Development Associate for 6 years. When I started, I learned doing competitors scan through research and posing as a buyer. I managed our websites most especially for customers inquiries and page updates. I managed my projects from scratch until turn over to the owners. This means that I know how to do the Financial Analysis and dUpgrade to see actual info on the profitability of a project. I also approve the designs of the houses and units and recommends the marketing and sale strategy to improve our sales. My multi-tasking tasks was sharpened during these times as I handled a lot of projects, managed and completed them efficiently and on time.
Currently, I work for an IT company as a part timer sales, who handles the clients' IT projects. I discuss with them their requirements and negotiate based from their budget. I learned a lot of IT stuff in my current work.
