Profile Description

I worked as a cold caller for a magazine subscription for more than a year based in the US with campaigns such as optical, digital systems, cabling installation,
automotive, smart buildings technology, and tech briefs. My job is to call
existing leads to renew their magazine subscription and gather new subscribers.
Aside from that I was promoted to a managerial position and helped my client to
train and assist the new hires with tools. Other responsibilities include
setting appointments for possible clients for new campaigns. I was also given a task to work as an appointment setter for a startup company based in the UK and
Estonia markets digital marketing and social media engagement. After that, I
worked as a cold caller and appointment setter for the real estate industry. My
job is to call prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided.
Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those that were not answered, and
scheduling appointments with potential leads. I also do property comps. I have experience with CRM tools like Sundial agent, REIsift, and Upgrade to see actual info. I worked with dialers such as Mojo, Smrtphone dialer, and SunDial. I also worked for a BPO company for a year in a travel booking account as a customer service representative. My responsibilities are to assist customers with booking cancellations, hotel refunds, and rebooking accommodation and complaints between the hotel and the customer.
