Social Media Handler and Product Listings
I own an online business and I'm the one managing the Facebook page, create Facebook ads, answer customers inquiries, take their orders and I also create product listings in shopping online here in the Philippines.

Senior Key Account Service Associate
I was the right-hand of our manager, whatever reports that she needs, I need to prepare and submit them to her in her requested format and time. And aside from that, one of my tasks is to help our field personnel with their concerns. I was able to create a template on Google sheet for the daily coverage report of our field personnel where they can update it from time to time.

Order to Cash Associate
I usually verify and process payments to a certain invoice using SAP. After a month our Team Leader transfer me to a group that handles complex transactions that require further review and Upgrade to see actual info that group, I also receive email requests and concerns directly from our client in Madrid, Spain.

Brand Accountant
I handle the recording of accounting transactions of the company's affiliates using Quickbooks Pro. I am directly reporting to the Accounting Department Manager.

Credit and Collection OIC Supervisor
The owner of our company appointed and trusted me to become an OIC Supervisor of Credit and Collection I handle and supervise 3 office staffs and 7 field collectors. I help our clients with regards to their credit balance concerns. I was able to create a collection scheme that will benefit both the company and field collectors.
