Profile Description

A customer support expert with data entry experience looking for freelance jobs in line with admin tasks, customer service, etc. I am highly skilled in the following areas: 

• Email management - most of my work experiences rely on sending e-mails to customers in response to their inquiries. All correspondences are categorized by the type of concern and their urgency. 

• Communication skills - being in the customer support industry for quite some time has trained me to communicate not only politely, but effectively. Delivering information requires choosing the most appropriate words and making sure that they're cohesive and concise and this is an area where I excel. 

• Typing speed - my most recent typing test resulted in 94 WPM with 100?curacy. This means that I can finish tasks very quickly, provided that I have already gotten the hang of the customs, the system, and/or, the processes. 

Overall, I am resourceful, adaptable, and capable of making sound decisions that I think will benefit my clients.
