I am a professional with more than 10 year experience working as a Customer Service Upgrade to see actual info this field I have experience dealing with customers with different concerns such as minor and major inquiries about a product. I have been also answering technical inquiries and can also do a little troubleshooting. Aside from being a Customer Service Representative I also do administrative tasks such as making daily Upgrade to see actual infomunicating with others is what I love doing and I firmly believe that the essence of customer service is fully comprehending to customer's needs in order to provide customers satisfaction.
