Profile Description

I am a musician for a band – All Over The Place – signed under Warner Music PH. I have a strong background in songwriting, audio recording, directing, photography, and creative output in general.
However, because of the pandemic, I have had to transition to a different career path. I am looking to enter the offshoring industry as a Customer Support Representative. I am fluent in English - both written and spoken. Because of my background, I have been able to develop my skills in communicating with different audiences and connecting with people.
I believe that the unique set of experiences I've had gave me quite a different perspective. This will allow me to be more creative in the approach that I take in dealing with customers and venturing into this space.
