Profile Description

My
ability to influence and skills would help me meet the service needed given the
experience of being with the BPO industry for 8 years and counting. My
experience in healthcare and financial accounts added new learnings that I can
apply to this position.
 
I am
convinced that my experience and positive outlook in life might contribute to
the task needed. Relating this to the current line of business I am applying
with, I can proudly say that I joined activities. Like my manager told me I
need to try and think out of the box. I can be creative. My passion teaches me
to be patient, and bold. This gave me the confidence to try and explore new
things. Because I believe that we NEED to challenge the limit. I'm also active
as a person in charge of our team. Helping, preparing, and conducting such
tasks. Like roll-out pieces of training and process assessment. Sharing my knowledge
with everyone.
 
Being
with my past companies, I am more motivated to try new things. That can benefit
me and the company. Having these experiences greatly helped me develop myself
and grow within my forte.
