Profile Description

I am a reliable and resourceful individual with over 4 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative that gives, professional, efficient, and high-quality service to various US and Australian companies in telco, retention, e-commerce, and healthcare. I've been also an Executive Assistant to the CEO/Chairman of a microfinancing company in the Philippines.
I am skilled in communicating with individuals through phone, chat, and email. I have experience in Live Chat Support specifically using Zendesk/Zopim as a platform to communicate with customers. 
My skills are but are not limited to confirming orders, tracking and tracing deliveries and shipments, processing refunds, assessing faulty items, processing replacement orders, answering general inquiries, escalating frauds, and other complex issues to Tier 2 teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. Then, answering calls from providers like dentists, dental assistants, ophthalmologists, other eye specialists, and retail workers. And mostly doing what general customer service does including basic troubleshooting. I also have experience with using Zendesk, GSuite, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Office applications, and various applications.
I am very willing to learn to use any tools that will be needed for the job. I am a fast learner and very attentive to details as I feel anxious if something is lacking, so you have nothing to worry about! Aside from these, I am open to new learnings and various roles.
I can also do basic graphic designing for Social Media postings since I also have my own small online business, in which I designed my own logo, banner, and design products.
