Served as one of the companies 'supervisors' under the Supervisors' Group/Dept., that caters customers need as soon as possible. Was promoted directly to Tier 3 due to performance. 6 months as a voice agent and 1 and a half year as a chat support. I was given a specific timeframe to respond to customers. Greeting the customer, giving assurance, providing empathy statement within a period of time. Making sure that the quality of the service provided to the member are superb. I was assisting 4 customers at a time continuously until I reach the 50-60 chats quota for the day.
