- Responsible for answering guests’ inquiries, requests for extensions, supplies, and
complaints.
- Use Duve, Guesty for Pros, Airbnb, BDC to reply to guests. Extend and adjust the checkin and check-out time of guests whenever there are requests for early check-in and late
check-outs.
- Create a task through Asana and assign to the appropriate person. (Maintenance
issue, guest requests, cleaning team, runner. Boss)
-Receive calls from guests, 3rd party and even the boss.

-Responsible for answering guests' inquiries, requests for extensions, supplies and complaints.
-Use Uplisting as a portal to answer guests and implersonate the host. Extend and adjust the check-in and check-out time of guests whenever there are requests for early check-in and late check-outs.
-Use Airbnb to check new messages, approve extensions, send and requests payments, and edit listings infomration.
- Receive calls from guests whenever there is an emergency (lock-outs)
-Communicate with cleaners, and send requests to handymen/technicians via email.
