I worked as a hotel front desk officer/ night auditor. The duties and responsibilities I did during that time were reservation officer, telephone operator, enrolling of guests in Wyndham Rewards Club, and sending reports to the hotel manager and hotel owner like the daily receipts and daily audit.
My recent job was a Passenger Service Agent in Mactan Cebu International Airport. I worked during night shift and morning shift in airport operations, sometimes if the flight got delayed I needed to render overtime until the flight departed. I can easily adjust to the working schedule because I was trained during my recent job. By listening to instructions I can easily understand and perform the tasks given to me. That's why my supervisors and manager trusted me in handling the flight operation. Answering passengers queries and helping them with their concerns in professional way were the things I liked to do in this job. I believe that a customer deserve a kind of service that is worth of what he paid for. Working in the hospitality industry made me realize that patient, composure and understanding where the quality you need have to do well in this type of job. My current job is an
