When I ventured working from home, that's when I became a Virtual Assistant. I became a Gen VA for an American NGO and the other one was an Australian e-commerce business. I've worked in their clothing line as a customer support after that, I became an Admin assistant for a Luxury Brand bags business here in the Philippines. The last one was a scheduler for a real estate home inspection company.

Aside from those skills, of course I developed and learned how to emphatize, active listening, think outside the box, be analytical, proactive, flexible and be able to demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.Different tools like CRMs and diallers were also taught. Things like Zendesk, Call Rail, Freshdesk, Just Call, 3CX, NICE, Cisco, PMS, Claim Center, The Vine, Lotus, Five9 and ISN.
