With years of experience, I always put my clients on top of everything, and I am committed to delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service to produce the best results.
I've been in Customer Service since 2017 thru Phone and Email Support. In addition to my experience and relationship-building experience, I have a solid educational foundation and a passion for striving for more extraordinary things—excellent written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills. I am already familiar with how the Customer Service field works, how to survive in a fast-paced environment, and provide an exceptional customer experience across various customer inquiry channels, Live Chat, Email, or Phone support.
During my stint as a Customer Phone Support, I learned a lot, and it sharpened my communication skills, Customer Service skills, and computer navigation skills. Working under a well-known BPO Company here in the Philippines molded me to work fine under pressure.
I am always willing to learn and fully familiarize myself with the product or service to provide the best possible support to the customers. I'm open to both big and small projects. I am available to work immediately. I can be flexible to suit the client's needs as I have experience working in different time zones, including UK and USA time zones.
