I am adept at handling inquiries from agents, co-loaders, flight controllers, and guests, and I communicate effectively with colleagues and guests. I am a team player and can work independently without direct supervision. I can remain calm and professional in stressful situations. My experiences have helped me develop creativity, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. I am knowledgeable about Sabre GDS, e-booking, Q-messages, Opera system, and Respak system. While my administrative and technical skills may not be as strong due to being unemployed for couple of years, I am continuously learning and improving.
