What I can do for your businesses:
- Set up and/or maintain XERO or Quickbooks
- Record cash receipts/income from your bank deposits
- Record cash disbursements/expenses from your bank transactions
- Manually record transactions that don't auto-feed
- Create bills, sales invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, etc
- Record interbank transfers
- Ensure that all payables and receivables are correctly entered and tracked
- Reconciliation of bank and credit card transactions with company's records
- Record necessary adjusting entries
- Inventory management
- Payroll management
- Monthly financial reporting including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cashflow Statement, Month-to-month comparisons whenever applicable, and other customized reports
