My duties:
- Doing proposals for client
-Sending and meeting them to sign the forms
- Appointment settling
- Searching potential company to offer insurance
- Preparing for the company presentation
- Reminding financial advisors of their client’s special I gatherings like (Ex. Birthday)
- Keeping in track all the client to prevent their plan not to lapse 
- Also reminding my unit manager on-what his/her task on the day.
- Boosting Facebook page.
- Attending Unit meeting, Head admins meeting and Seminar on the upgrade of CRM

2nd Job: Branch Clerk -Architecture Company for a year
My duties:
- Welcoming the walk-in guest / architects
- Boosting Facebook page, making contents
- Processing Sales Invoice, Purchase Order and Upgrade to see actual infoivery Receipt.
- Assisting all walk in clients / architects and discussing the product while the sales representative is not in branch.
-Product Inventory
- Assisting the sales team when they have a project
- Reminding dealers of their payment dues, Upgrade to see actual infoivery status 
- Appointment setting for product presentation
- Remitting payment on the head office.
- Attending seminars and weekly meetings with the CEO of the company.

3rd Job: Executive Secretary -2years 
My duties are:
- Calendar management
- Hotel / Restaurant Booking and Reservation
- Purchasing
- Salary of household employees
- Meeting with Architects / Contractor's when doing some renovations.
- Ordering supplies from different companies
- Looking for a supplier for event or Other personal gatherings.
