As a Team Leader, Head of Support, and Store Manager, I successfully led a diverse virtual team of 5 to 35 technical and customer service representatives. I crafted standard operating procedures, enhanced processes, conducted training sessions and one-on-one meetings, managed productivity by analyzing KPIs, created KPIs and generated insightful reports.
My skills have greatly benefited both e-commerce entrepreneurs (including Amazon and Shopify store owners) and non-e-commerce clients across various industries such as life coaching, finance, fitness, medicine, real estate, and dropshipping.
