I have bee as an Administrative Assistant for 6 months we process bookings including acknowledgment, confirmation, documentation, and guide assignment. Tracking and recording invoices, payments, expenses.

I have been in BPO as a Customer support for 3 months. We basically have the knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems of the customer. We are the one who speak with customers, listen to them gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions.

I worked for 2 year as a SMM,As a SMM, my main responsibilities are managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Pinterest, and reels). Responding to comments on each of our accounts. I also use a google calendar to organize daily content uploads for events, promotions, and social media. I'm also capable of creating graphic design patterns and layouts, which I can then present to the business before having them posted on social media platforms. We conduct study on how to expand the business using keywords, tags, and SEO, which can occasionally have an impact.
