I am a very hard working person. I may not be as intelligent as Einsten but I do have set of skills that I am sure can make me the best candidate for whatever customer service job you can offer me. The assertiveness, decision making, problem solving, and good listening skills are I thought the most valuable traits that I can contribute to a company I will be working with. I can deliver a message effectively both in written and verbal communications. I am also very patient. Tried and tested. I teach kids aging 5 to 12 years old and deal with irate customers over the phone so I can say I have all the patience in the world. By being patient, you will become a more peaceful, empathetic, and kind human overtime, and, with a clearer mind, you can start to make better and rational decisions.
When it comes to technical skills, I can work with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledgeable in computer programs and applications. I can work with Social networking sites such as
I graduated holding a Bachelor's degree in Education. I don't have any special awards or anything like that. I get good grades and was rewarded of a scholarship when I was in high school. But during my college days, academic competition was really tough. I was still able to make good grades but not enough to graduate as a cum laude. I just did my best to become a good student and finished college.
Talking about my work experiences, I always give my 100% to my job. When working as a Customer/Technical Support Representative, I have received awards for being a top performer. I get awesome incentives for performing my job well. I just got promoted from being a Newly Qualified Teacher to Senior Teacher B just within two months in the ESL platform I am working with.
So please give me chance to work with you and will make sure I can do the work and deliver exceptional results.
