I have been working as an e-commerce customer service like Amazon, Walmart and eBay. What I'm doing is providing my client's customers impeccable customer service that will make their customer become a repeat buyer. I provide out-of-the-box resolution to their problem in a fastest time possible to avoid any negative reviews and feedback. And I also make sure that negative feedback, if ever there is, will be updated or removed.

I have been doing this for 5 years and counting now. Yes, it is very true to always keep your message straight and simple. That way, you convey your message, precisely, and easy to understand which will result in less time resolving an issue, and in the end, you get a happy customer.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
I've been handling phone support roles for over 5 years now and I have learned so much along the way. Helping people over the phone is a task that not everyone loves but for me, it's a skill that will set you apart from the rest. For me it is not just about listening to reply, for me, it is all about listening to understand.
Experience: Less than 6 months
When dealing with online shoppers, always remember that their time is important, some might be just browsing while taking their snacks, about to sleep, sitting on a bench, and suddenly having questions about a product they would like to purchase. Your answer will determine if they will check out or find something else.
