I am an awesome bookkeeper/accountant with five years of experience in accounting field.  I am a certified Xero advisor, Quickbooks online proadvisor and also well-versed in Sage 50 accounting software. 

I aim to simplify your financial management by keeping track of income and expenses, so business owners can focus on growing their businesses. 

Here are the services you can avail:

Setting up or maintaining Xero, Quickbooks and Sage 50 accounts including: 

• Updating or customizing Chart of Accounts
• Creating bank accounts with multiple currency transactions 
• Converting bank statements from PDF to CSV file
• Uploading banking transactions
• Customizing financial reports

Daily bookkeeping including but not limited to the following:
• Creating sales invoice and managing Accounts Receivable
• Creating purchase order, bills and managing Accounts Payable
• Recording of cash receipts and disbursements
• Recording of interbank transfers
• Banking categorization
• Reconciling bank transactions and credit card to statements
• Creating credit notes and recording of refunds
• Recording of accruals and adjusting entries, if necessary

Monthly financial reports including:
