Profile Description

Curious about computers since childhood. Building and troubleshooting systems as a hobby and side-gig during college years. Started my career as Technical Support Representative for ISPs both local and abroad. Moved to Daikin Airconditioning Philippines Inc. after four years as an IT Specialist and worked my way up to Supervisory level. For more than nine years with Daikin Philippines, the following are my major roles and accomplishments:
* Deployment and maintenance of internal network infrastructure (Cisco WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and VLANs)
* Administration and maintenance of in-house Servers (NAS, HRIS, NFS/SFTP, Samba)
* User Account Administration for ERP Systems (MS Dynamics NAV 5.0, SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA)
* Participates in the presentation of information to management with regard to purchase and installation of hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment
* Constant review and development of company's IT Security Policies, compliance management, control and governance, in coordination with members of Legal and Compliance Department
* Working together with different affiliate members in accordance with Group Company IT Policies and Procedure
* Collaborated with different departments within Sales Division in designing, testing, and deployment of Sales Project Listing and Quotation System
* Developed an online platform/portal where employees and third-party logistics partners upload and access data, streamlining the overall sales to delivery process
