- Administrative task and multitasking skills
- Proven Data Analyst experience
- Expert in Ms Excel, Google sheet, Ms Word and Presentations
- Knowledgeable in Google Drive, Google Map, Calendar
- Knowledgeable in CRM such as Hubspot and Zoho
- Quickbooks bookkeeping knowledge
- Power Query, COnditional Formatting, Googlesheet scripting, SQL
- Expert in Data Manipulations such as Vlookup, Hlookup, SumIF, Pivot Table.
- Great communication skills- Fast typist and quick learner- Able to respond immediately and has a sense of urgency
- Detail Oriented- Organizational and Time management skills- Able to meet deadlines
- Flexible schedule can work Night or day time.
- Can work 40hours/ week or more. 
- Can also work weekends.- Willing to learn more and expand knowledge
- Love long term relationship with the company- Trustworthy and honest (most important attitude)
- Consistent and accurate- Friendly person and have a nice smile.- Self-motivated
