Software Quality Assurance Specialist|Tester 

- SDLC - Agile/Scrum/Kanban Methodology
- Analyze and understand the client's requirements
- Verify the system/software meets the client's specifications
- Validate the system/software
- File and tracks bugs on Google Sheet, Excel, Jira Tool, Trello, GitLab, Taiga and Asana
- Communicate with the Developer, Project Manager, Team Leader and other QA Members
- Perform Manual, Exploratory, Regression, Functionality, White & Black Box, Smoke, Sanity and Load Testing
- Perform Web (Cross-Browser) and Desktop Testing
- Perform UI/UX Testing and compare to Figma
- Perform Automation Testing (Selenium, Katalon Studio and Cypress)
- Create/Update Web/App Test Cases, Test Scenarios and Test Plan
- Create User Manual and UAT Plan
- API Testing (Postman and Hoppscotch)
- Database Query (Postgre)
- WordPress
- Basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Testsigma for End to End testing
- Mobile Testing for Android (Azure), iOS (Testflight) and Android Studio
- Demo the product to the client
- Brainstorming with the team and give suggestions
- Experienced with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
