As a writer, I used to write for school papers, do term papers for both online and offline clients, and do some ghost writing for a makeup blog. Being an English Major in a State University has sharpened my writing skills more since I am exposed to people belonging to different classes of society. Most of these people are outgoing and outspoken, and unknowingly, I had absorbed these skills and incorporated it on my writings. Basically, I write not just from my head, but also from my heart. While I'm in college, I worked as an Inbound Call Center agent. I handled bookings, reservations and sales for an airline account. I can say, this work experience taught me excellent customer handling since some of the clients that I have talked to were irate customers. Also, this work experience made me a great multitasker.I took the career leap when I left the University. I switched from letters to numbers. I worked as a bookkeeper twice in my life-first was for a family corporation, and second was for a financial management service company. I can say that when it comes to bookkeeping, I am still a beginner. I still have lots of things to learn in this area, but I am accepting the challenge. I am highly trainable, I have a go-getter attitude and I love learning new things. I still have a lot of improvements to make in my life--not just for me, but also for my family.During my free time, I let my creative juices leak. I taught myself how to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
