PlUpgrade to see actual infoing Engineer and Cost Control support the Project Manager and Project team with information to execute the project in time and within the
budget allocated, using Primavera program. As Quantity Surveyor who manage the
costs on a construction project. To ensure that
the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
Preparing of quantities as Estimator of required materials (excavation
works, reinforcement bars, formworks, concrete, scaffolds, plastering, block
works, ceiling, tiling, and other architectural works) as per the approved
plans, using Microsoft Excel and company’s information system. As Project
Engineer design and supervise the construction of
structures such as building, roads and waterlines.Prepare detailed estimates in
accordance with the client’s specifications (excavation works, reinforcement
bars, formworks, concrete, scaffolds, plastering, blockworks, ceiling, tiling,
and other architectural works).Preparing project reports, scheduled
and actual accomplishment reports.Preparing
detailed unit price analysis and program of works. Bid proposal issuance, follow up subcontractors. Skilled
in Primavera P6, Buildertrend, ConstructConnect, Planswift, Bluebeam and Upgrade to see actual infoputer
literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Open Office)
Skilled
in preparing Engineering drawings, as built drawings and construction
estimates.
