Profile Description

I have 2 years of experience as a business transcription specialist and 3 months of experience as a chat/technical support representative for a US-based telecommunications company.

I have experienced handling multiple concurrent chats as both a customer service representative and a technical support. I also have knowledge on how to properly handle customers' concerns and questions with a positive attitude.

I have an above average typing speed and prior transcription and data entry experience, so I am very much open taking on typing jobs such as transcription, emails and data entry.

I am a team player, a quick learner with a positive attitude and always put extra effort to my work.

I am always looking forward on improving more on my career by taking on new challenges and I am willing to learn more and do better.
