I have extensive experience as a customer service in an e-commerce account. My task includes tracking, order processing, refunding and checking the order status. My responsibilities included managing social media accounts for our client as well as replying to customer inquiries and linking them to their websites. I have also experience working in a Rideshare account where we use the Zendesk to answer customer queries and Zopim for live chats. I have also been a dispatcher for 2 years now. It's for roadside assistance and the other one is for a non-emergency health transport. I do the scheduling, routing, checking with the drivers and members, had to adjust schedule real time whenever a member calls and says they are ready to go home.
