Profile Description

I have been in BPO for 4 years 7 months as Customer service representative. My first job as Customer service I handled online shopping account in the US and I assist the customers with their orders, refund and Upgrade to see actual infocond, was a Local account, I handled telecommunications in the pH, what I do was assisting the customers to their inquiry about internet connections, issuing refunds, creating a new account, following up to technicians for installation, repair and basic troubleshooting. I multi-task in utilizing different tools to resolve the problem easily. My recent job was an international customer service world wide, but specifically in Europe supporting Online Market Place & Hospitality Services. What I do was assisting the guest and the host with their account, reservations, refund, cancellation and I do mediation and our communications is via messages, email, Inbound and outbound.
