Being in this industry for years, I have gathered enough experience in social media content creation. I have experience in niches like food, cakes and pastries, and clothing brands.

As someone who has experience in food and clothing industry, social media marketing has been one of my greatest skill as a virtual assistant. I am very much aware that marketing is one of the most important department of a business. It generates sales, which means that a content must be very well-thought of.

Managing staff and gaining sales is my forte. Assigning tasks to my team members is one of my key role in my previous job.

Copywriting is one of the skills that I am capable of. When it comes to sales, every word is significant.

In my previous job, I had the highest sales every month. My employer made me the lead ambassador recruiter of the team.

As someone who has been talking/messaging/emailing with different customers all the time, I am confident that I can handle customer complaints and de-escalate the situation. I make sure to solve the problem to prevent it from happening again.

I am comfortable with creating relationships with customers through emails. In my previous job, my work requires emailing influencers and ambassadors.
