I'm currently employed to one of the Philippines' top companies as a device helpdesk officer (iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone OS). Prior my current task, I'm one of the best technical agents within my group and that paved my way to became a technical quality officer.
I'm undoubtedly good when it comes to any MS office applications such as word, excel and power point. I'm also confident when it comes to my communication skills (oral and written). When someone ask me a favor to search something on the web, I’ll make sure that there’s no stone unturned to be able to produce an accurate result and that gives me some sense of accomplishment.
I can work with limited to no supervision to a certain field (mostly technical – PC hardware or mobile operating systems) or any field in particular. I love to challenge myself and
