Profile Description

A newbie in a freelancing job and virtual assistance world, but I am an extremely determined and passionate person in terms of learning and in delivering my service with quality and efficiency. With the help of my coaches, I will do my best to apply the knowledge I gained from the courses that I have taken.

I have 8 years of experience as a Retail Administrative  Specialist in the field of travel retail in a confectionery shop in Singapore and 4 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing company here in the Philippines.

I started as a TeaUpgrade to see actual infomber for 4years, where I was in-charge in dealing with customer assistance and providing an exemplary shopping experience by providing our very own OSCAR (Open, Smile, Consider, Approach, Recognise) approach. I was also in charge of dealing with the purchase transaction of the customers in the POS (Point-of-Sales) system. I was promoted to the Supervisory level afterward, were I was in-charge in supervising and coaching the teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and monitoring their behavior. I handle the stock ordering, inventory, and merchandise or display according to brand and sales impact. I also handle customer inquiries and complaints as well as monitor sales and refunds.
These 8 years of experience helps me to be exposed more to people wherein I am able to interact with different nationalities which help me improve my communication Upgrade to see actual info also taught me to be tough and flexible, as we need to do a multi-tasking job. Overall, this helps me be more passionate and determined in learning.
I also have 4 years of experience as Manufacturing Engineer in Nidec Philippines Corporation and have undergone 1 year of training in Nidec Kyoto, Japan. My main duties and responsibilities were to focus on the preparation of the new model/product introduction, starting from the sample run until mass production.
