Handling support tickets is my forte as I have great knowledge in assisting clients through phone, chat and e-mail using Zendesk. My experience include answering product inquiries, order tracking/returns and processing web orders/replacement claims (via Shopify or Amazon FBA), data entry, and providing technical support.
I aim to always do it right the first time and I am a well-ordered individual. I have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. I am proficient in the use of technology and I know how to quickly figure things on my own. I am a team player, can work with less supervision and I am open to learn new ideas from different people.
