Profile Description

My first job in the BPO industry is with AT&T, In my three (3) years of working experience with that company, I serve in customer service for billing, sales rep, as technical support, and as retention specialist. We are using six (5) different tools to assist the customers but the main tool we use is CRM,
I got promoted after two (2) years to be a trainer so I can teach the new hires the strategy for transitioning from explaining the bill to closing a sale. Later on, I dUpgrade to see actual info to venture into a different line of business in the U.S. to enhance my knowledge in the industry that will improve my skills so I
joined Uber Technologies Inc. and worked in the food delivery side (Uber Eats) as a customer support through chats and emails. I spent one (1) year with the company before the project temporarily closed due to the pandemic.
