I handled different task other than appointment setting like property estimation and compare estimated price on Zillow vs the ballpark amount that the seller has given, I also have experience calling distressed properties,property listings and refinance, also closing deals and any real estate related campaigns.
I have been a cold caller for real estate company in California and Texas US for more than 5 years. I have great background and knowledge in terms of US REAL ESTATE Lead Generating system as well as C.R.M tools. I have experienced dealing with F.S.B.O and prospects with distressed properties.
