Profile Description

What I contribute as a Customer Service Representative of a BPO industry is high quality service to valued customers. I offer best options and resolution based on a customer's needs. One of my responsibilities is to deal with a customer's billing and technical problems - answering queries and suggesting alternative ways to solve issues. It is part of our job to help the customers get the best value of what they are paying for.
It is almost the same with me working as an Online English Teacher. I make sure that my students not only complete lessons and activities but also apply what they have learned froUpgrade to see actual info. As a teacher, the foundation of assuring the students' academic and moral development is helping the students build themselves; moreover, letting them be prepared for them to gain more knowledge and discover new things on their own.
With these experiences, I've set standards to improve myself more in my communication skills, computer literacy and knowledge to certain things that I have discovered during the journey.
