Thank you for checking my profile.  I have 6 years of professional experience in the BPO industry, which combines a 2-year outbound sales and 4 years of administrative role experience.
I am well-organized, efficient, and self-motivated. The key to my success has always been to learn quickly, then reach for a higher personal and professional standard. I have honed my ability to understand customer needs, retain their business, and maximize the value they get from their chosen Upgrade to see actual info my 2nd year in the industry, I got promoted to Process and Quality Analyst. I have shown an excellent work ethic and results as a Quality Analyst, which has served as my advantage, resulting in another promotion last Upgrade to see actual infoom June 2021 to March 2023, I worked as a Reports Analyst in the company, supporting our Canadian Clients and Quantrics Operations.
I have created process documents and collaborated with the Training, Operations, and Human Resources teams to address operational inefficiencies and inconsistency to improve the customer service experience.
I have facilitated calibrations, process refreshers, and regular cadences to align the interpretation of policies and procedures and identify opportunities and process gaps to improve support to Operations.
