Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management:
 
Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to forecast demand accurately and anticipate future needs. I meticulously balance inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory to mitigate carrying costs effectively.

Real-Time Shipment Monitoring: 

Vigilantly monitoring and documenting all inbound and outbound shipments on a daily basis. I promptly identify and communicate any potential delays to streamline operations and maintain supplier relations.

Strategic Reporting and Communication: 

Providing regular, comprehensive reports to the Director of Operations to keep stakeholders informed about SKU status and supply chain performance. I ensure transparent communication channels to facilitate informed decision-making.

Data Integrity and System Management: 

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information and inventory records across multiple platforms and channels. I leverage Netsuite interface proficiency to manage purchase orders, item fulfillment, and sales orders seamlessly.

Reimbursement and Claims Management: 

Expertly handling reimbursement claims for lost or damaged items through tools like Refund Genie in the Helium program. I meticulously track and manage claims processes to optimize recovery and minimize financial losses.

Strategic Planning and Analysis: 

Generating insightful reports for Brand Managers and Clients, providing critical insights into sales, inventory, and marketing trends. I proactively identify slow-moving inventory and implement strategies to optimize product availability.

Supplier Collaboration and Negotiation:

 Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee production details, transportation methods, and cost analysis. I ensure transparent communication to uphold quality standards and meet delivery deadlines.

Warehouse Inventory Optimization: 

Monitoring inventory levels across 3PL warehouses to facilitate timely replenishment of Amazon stock. I strategically plan shipping routes and methods to replenish inventory at Amazon Fulfillment Centers efficiently.
