- Agile and traditional project management processes and tools (Jets Campaign Management, Upgrade to see actual info, Trello, Podio, MS Teamwork, MS Project, Workfront, Pardot, Oracle CRM, Widen, Dropbox, Basecamp).

- Marketing Campaigns Execution, Client servicing and vendor management processes and tools (SAP - Work breakdown structure, Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Goods Receipts, Sales report, Billing and project structure) and (CRM/Accounting portals - Salesforce, SharePoint, Brand Muscle).

- Reports generation, Google Analytics, basic data analysis, website updates, and activity planner creation. 

- MS Office - (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note, Access, Publisher).

- Detail- oriented, fast- learner and has strong problem- solving, analytical and research skills.

- Good communicator and collaborator.

- Performs under minimal supervision and can work under pressure.
